These are our unfrosted layer cakes — structured, exposed, dressed with colourful buttercream between the layers and topped with seasonal fruit, biscuits and florals. The Naked Collection is for occasions that want the craft to speak for itself without a smooth exterior finish.

Available from 4" (2–3 portions) to 9" (14–16 portions), in 2, 3 or 4 layers. Multiple flavours available within a single cake. Custom toppers available.
