How the magic happens
You submit your order request below. Tell me about your occasion, your vision, your aesthetic — the more detail, the better. Mood boards, inspiration images, a colour you love. All welcome.
I come back to you within 48 hours. I'll confirm your date, discuss the design direction and send over your quote. For complex or large-scale pieces, we may schedule a short creative call.
Your order is confirmed with a 30% deposit. Once you're happy with everything, a 30% deposit secures your date and sets the creative process in motion. The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection.
Your cake arrives. The room falls silent.
Delivery within the M25 is £37. Outside the M25 from £60 depending on location. Collection from our East London studio is also available.
Want to see it before it's made?
Add a bespoke design sketch to your order for £30, a hand-drawn preview of your cake concept, with up to two revisions included. This cost is deducted in full when you confirm your order.
Worth knowing: 80% of clients choose to trust the process entirely - submitting their aesthetic, their occasion, and their colour palette, and letting Nastassja do the rest. The results tend to exceed what anyone imagined on paper.
A few things to know before you submit…

I require a minimum of 10 days' notice for all cake orders and orders of 40+ cupcakes. Need something sooner? Call me directly on 07496 141985 - I'll always try to make it work.

A 30% deposit confirms your order. The balance is due before delivery or collection. We accept card, Apple Pay, PayPal and bank transfer — whatever works for you.

Delivery within the M25: £37. Outside M25: from £60. Collection from our East London studio (E9) is always available - full address confirmed at booking.

Our cakes are made in a kitchen that uses nuts, wheat and dairy. Please declare any allergies in your order form and we'll advise on what's possible. Your safety matters to us.
