"I don't make cakes. I make statements."

The Indulgent Sugar Plum was born at the intersection of three obsessions: fashion, fine art, and flavour. Founded by Nastassja - Cake Architect, creative director, and the person your guests will not stop talking about - TISP exists for those who refuse to celebrate quietly.

Before there was buttercream, there was a sketch pad. Before the sugar work, there was a mood board. Every cake that leaves this studio begins life as a concept — a piece of wearable, edible art drawn from the same instincts that move through the catwalks of Milan, the galleries of East London, and the quiet rebellion of dressing for yourself alone.

Nastassja trained with an eye for fashion and a mind for structure. The result is a creative practice that sits between disciplines — part couture atelier, part sculpture studio, part cake kitchen. What comes out of it has appeared on Channel 4's Extreme Cake Makers (Series 1–4), Netflix, BBC2's Nadiya Bakes, and Food Network Canada's The Big Bake. Not because she followed trends. Because she started them.

The clients who find TISP are a particular kind of person. They know what they want - even when they can't yet articulate it. They send mood boards of runway shows and pages torn from art books. They want something that has never existed before.

And they trust Nastassja to make it exist.

Art first. Every cake begins as a concept. We don't take briefs - we take creative leaps.

One of one. Nothing is repeated. No two clients leave with the same cake, ever.

Unapologetically indulgent. In flavour. In design. In the audacity to take up space.

4 × Channel 4 series · 0 cakes ever repeated · 1 Cake Architect · Every shape. Every height.

This is not your average cake company. This is not your average anything.

The Indulgent Sugar Plum. Cakes that inspire conversation.
