These are the cuts from our weekly commission work — gathered, layered, and packaged with the same obsessive care that goes into every TISP creation. Sponge, signature buttercream, a sauce or compote that earns its place, and biscuit crumble for texture. All sealed in a plastic freezer-safe jar, ready to be yours.

The flavour changes with the season and what's coming through the studio. When something extraordinary is on the bench — it ends up in here.

• Strawberry Shortcake: Strawberry  Sponge layered with strawberry compote, shortbread pieces and cream cheese filling

• Coconut RUM Cookies & Cream (contains alcohol): ‘A Classic’ with a twist - Coconut flavoured sponge soaked in rum with Oreos pieces and Oreo buttercream and coconut pieces a firm favourite
