These are VIRTUAL classes, with the option of doing the Design session in person.

Our Masterclass aims to teach you how to bake your own unique sponge recipe; construct tall stable cake and find your unique cake decorating style in the comfort of your own home -why? I like to you grasp the techniques in your familiar settings and help you tackle any problems with the everyday tools & settings around you.

The masterclass is split into 3 segments which are 4-8hrs each over 4 weeks. You do not need to do complete the full course but can select the part/s which suit you best. Recipes and instructions for the classes you participate in will be provided in each class. Details on all classes are outlined Masterclass here.

Class dates are as follows:

WINTER SESSIONS

  • 3rd (SAT) October or 22nd October (SUN)- All About the Sponge @ 11am GMT (£120.00)

  • 29th (SUN) October 2026 - Construction @ 11am GMT (£349.99)

  • 24th (SAT) October 2026- Design, Visionary 9am-5pm GMT (Virtual - £449.99)

  • 25th (SUN) October 2026- Design, Visionary 8am-4.30pm GMT (In-Person £549.99)

  • Full course is £879.99 for fully virtual & £989.99 for In-Person (design class only)

Classes are open to UK & International students as we teach this over Google hangouts.

masterclass TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read and familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions outlined below. By booking a masterclass with The Indulgent Sugar Plum, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

  • A £50 or £100 deposit (depending on class) is required upon confirmation to secure your booking.
    No deposit = no secured space. We are not obliged to hold a class space without payment.

  • Deposits and full payments are non-refundable.

  • In the event that you need to reschedule, a credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

Final Payment

  • Full payment must be made no later than 5 days before your scheduled class.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the class date are still charged at full price but may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability

Amendments & Changes

  • Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 5 days before your class.

  • Changes requested within 5 days of the class date may not be possible due to short notice.

  • No refunds are issued on classes; however amendments are permitted, valid for 12 months from the original session date

Attendance & Punctuality

  • If you are running late, please notify the class teacher as soon as possible: on 07496 141985 or hello@theindulgentsugarplum.com

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the class will begin without you and entry will not be permitted.

  • Missed or late sessions must be rebooked and completed at a later date, subject to availability.
