Booking & Payment
A £50 or £100 deposit (depending on class). A £85 deposit is required for Tailor 1:1 sessions upon confirmation to secure your booking
No deposit = no secured space. We are not obliged to hold a class space without payment.Deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
In the event that you need to reschedule, a credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
Final Payment
Full payment must be made no later than 5 days before your scheduled class.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the class date are still charged at full price but may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability
Amendments & Changes
Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 5 days before your class.
Changes requested within 5 days of the class date may not be possible due to short notice.
No refunds are issued on classes; however amendments are permitted, valid for 12 months from the original session date
Attendance & Punctuality
If you are running late, please notify the class teacher as soon as possible: on 07496 141985 or hello@theindulgentsugarplum.com
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the class will begin without you and entry will not be permitted.
Missed or late sessions must be rebooked and completed at a later date, subject to availability.
